Heidy Hoffmann is the general director and the person accountable for every operation Horizon Management Center provides. Dr. Hoffmann is a dentist who graduated in Venezuela in 2005, a Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry and a Specialist in Public Health Management. For more than 10 years she was a tenured professor at the School of Dentistry of the University of Carabobo in Venezuela.
After moving to the United States, during 2019 and 2020 she was promoted from Dental Assistant to Dental Billing Specialist and Ryan White Insurance Coordinator at Orange Blossom Family Health. From 2021 to 2023 she led the administrative management of the practice Hoffmann Family Dentistry, which today runs with great success.
She founded the dental assistant school Dental Training for You, approved by the Florida Department of Education and the Florida Board of Dentistry. From there she creates and directs training programs for dental front-office administrative assistants, dental assistants, as well as dental hygienists and dentists.
She is also ADA Dental Coding Certified and an active member of the “American Association of Dental Office Management”, and holds 2 additional certifications in dental billing & coding — the first awarded by the “American Academy of Professional Coders” (AAPC), the country's largest education and credentialing organization for healthcare coders, billers, auditors, practice managers, documentation specialists, compliance officers and revenue-cycle managers. Her second certificate was awarded by the “Academy of Dental Practice Career”.
